A night of delicate and masterful playing was on display last Sunday when the Adam P.D. Trio took to the stage at Map Studio Cafe. The weekly Sunday night listings often deliver on an intimate night of impeccable jazz with the city’s up and coming musicians. However this night felt especially impressive, though perhaps it shouldn’t be surprising. Both Adam and Josh are established musicians in the Birmingham jazz scene, playing alongside the likes of Xhosa Cole and Soweto Kinch.
